Sura #88 | Makkah

	1	Ti è giunta notizia dell'Avvolgente?

	2	Ci saranno in quel Giorno volti umiliati,

	3	di spossati e afflitti,

	4	che bruceranno nel Fuoco ardente,

	5	e saranno abbeverati da una fonte bollente.

	6	Per essi non ci sarà altro cibo che il darî,

	7	che non nutre e non placa la fame.

	8	Ci saranno in quel Giorno volti lieti,

	9	soddisfatti delle loro opere,

	10	in un Giardino elevato,

	11	in cui non s'odono discorsi vani.

	12	Colà vi è una fonte che scorre,

	13	colà alti divani,

	14	e coppe poste [a portata di mano]

	15	e cuscini assestati

	16	e tappeti distesi.

	17	Non riflettono sui cammelli e su come sono stati creati,

	18	sul cielo e come è stato elevato,

	19	sulle montagne e come sono state infisse,

	20	sulla terra e come è stata distesa?

	21	Ammonisci dunque, ché tu altro non sei che un ammonitore

	22	e non hai autorità alcuna su di loro.

	23	Quanto a chi volge le spalle e non crede,

	24	Allah lo castigherà con il castigo più grande.

	25	In verità a Noi ritorneranno,

	26	e allora spetterà a Noi chieder loro conto [delle loro azioni].
