Sura #92 | Makkah

	1	Pela noite, quando cobre (a luz),

	2	Pelo dia, quando resplandece,

	3	Por Quem criou o masculino e o feminino,

	4	Que os vossos esforços são diferentes (quanto às metas a atingir).

	5	Porém, àquele que dá (em caridade e é temente a Deus,

	6	E crê no melhor,

	7	Facilitaremos o caminho do conforto.

	8	Porém, àquele que mesquinhar e se considerar suficiente,

	9	E negar o melhor,

	10	Facilitaremos o caminho da adversidade.

	11	E de nada lhe valerão os seus bens, quando ele cair no abismo.

	12	Sabei que a Nós incumbe a orientação,

	13	Assim como também são Nossos o fim e o começo.

	14	Por isso, vos tenho admoestado com o fogo voraz,

	15	Em que não entrará senão o mais desventurado,

	16	Que desmentir (a verdade) e desdenhar.

	17	Contudo, livrar-se-á dele o mais temente a Deus,

	18	Que aplica os seus bens, com o fito de purificá-los,

	19	E não faz favores a ninguém com o fito de ser recompensado,

	20	Senão com o intuito de ver o Rosto do seu Senhor, o Altíssimo;

	21	A logo alcançará (completa) satisfação.
