| 14. | قُل لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَغْفِرُوا لِلَّذِينَ لَا يَرْجُونَ أَيَّامَ اللَّهِ لِيَجْزِيَ قَوْمًا بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ |
| Transliteration: | Qul lillatheena amanoo yaghfiroo lillatheena la yarjoona ayyama Allahi liyajziya qawman bima kanoo yaksiboona |
| Yusuf Ali: | Tell those who believe, to forgive those who do not look forward to the Days of Allah: It is for Him to recompense (for good or ill) each People according to what they have earned. |
| Shakir: | Say to those who believe (that) they forgive those who do not fear the days of Allah that He may reward a people for what they earn. |
| Pickthall: | Tell those who believe to forgive those who hope not for the days of Allah; in order that He may requite folk what they used to earn. |
| Mohsin Khan: | Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) to the believers to forgive those who (harm them and) hope not for the Days of Allah (i.e. His Recompense), that He may recompense people, according to what they have earned (i.e. to punish these disbelievers who harm the believers). |
| Saheeh: | Say, [O Muhammad], to those who have believed that they [should] forgive those who expect not the days of Allah so that He may recompense a people for what they used to earn. |
| Urdu: | ان سے کہہ دو جو ایمان لائے کہ انہیں معاف کر دیں ایام الہیٰ (عذاب) کی امید نہیں رکھتے تاکہ وہ ایک قوم کو بدلہ دے اس کا جو وہ کرتے رہے |
