18	وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسْكَنَّاهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابٍ بِهِ لَقَادِرُونَ

Transliteration 18:

Waanzalna mina alssamai maan biqadarin faaskannahu fee alardi wainna AAala thahabin bihi laqadiroona

Yusuf Ali 18:

And We send down water from the sky according to (due) measure, and We cause it to soak in the soil; and We certainly are able to drain it off (with ease).

اور ہم نے ایک اندازہ کے ساتھ آسمان سے پانی نازل کیا پھر اسے زمین میں ٹھیرایا اور ہم اس کے لے جانے پر بھی قادر ہیں
