Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi
30.قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَ‌ٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ
Transliteration:Qul lilmumineena yaghuddoo min absarihum wayahfathoo furoojahum thalika azka lahum inna Allaha khabeerun bima yasnaAAoona
Yusuf Ali:Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: And Allah is well acquainted with all that they do.
Urdu:ایمان والوں سے کہہ دو کہ وہ اپنی نگاہ نیچی رکھا کریں اور اپنی شرم گاہوں کو بھی محفوظ رکھیں یہ ان کے لیے بہت پاکیزہ ہے بے شک الله جانتا ہے جو وہ کرتے ہیں
