39 | وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنَّكَ تَرَى الْأَرْضَ خَاشِعَةً فَإِذَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْهَا الْمَاءَ اهْتَزَّتْ وَرَبَتْ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِي أَحْيَاهَا لَمُحْيِي الْمَوْتَىٰ ۚ إِنَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ |
| | | | Transliteration 39: | Wamin ayatihi annaka tara alarda khashiAAatan faitha anzalna AAalayha almaa ihtazzat warabat inna allathee ahyaha lamuhyee almawta innahu AAala kulli shayin qadeerun |
| | | | Yusuf Ali 39: | And among His Signs in this: thou seest the earth barren and desolate; but when We send down rain to it, it is stirred to life and yields increase. Truly, He Who gives life to the (dead) earth can surely give life to (men) who are dead. For He has power over all things. |
| | | | Urdu 39: | اور اس کی نشانیوں میں سے یہ ہے کہ تو زمین کو دبی ہوئی دیکھتا ہے پھر جب ہم اس پر پانی برساتے ہیں تو ابھرتی ہے اور پھولتی ہے بے شک جس نے اسےزندہ کیا وہی مردوں کو زندہ کرے گا بے شک وہی ہر چیز پر قادر ہے |
