28.	وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِن بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ
Transliteration:	Wahuwa allathee yunazzilu alghaytha min baAAdi ma qanatoo wayanshuru rahmatahu wahuwa alwaliyyu alhameedu
Yusuf Ali:	He is the One that sends down rain (even) after (men) have given up all hope, and scatters His Mercy (far and wide). And He is the Protector, Worthy of all Praise.
Urdu:	اور وہی ہے جو ناامید ہو جانے کے بعد مینہ برساتا ہے اور اپنی رحمت کو پھیلاتا ہے اور وہی کارساز احمد کے لائق ہے
