31.	وَقَالُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَـٰذَا الْقُرْآنُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنَ الْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ
Transliteration:	Waqaloo lawla nuzzila hatha alquranu AAala rajulin mina alqaryatayni AAatheemun
Yusuf Ali:	Also, they say: "Why is not this Qur'an sent down to some leading man in either of the two (chief) cities?"
Urdu:	اور کہا کیوں یہ قرآن ان دو بستیوں کےکسی سردار پر نازل نہیں کیا گیا
