39	فَاصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ الْغُرُوبِ

Transliteration 39:

Faisbir AAala ma yaqooloona wasabbih bihamdi rabbika qabla tulooAAi alshshamsi waqabla alghuroobi

Yusuf Ali 39:

Bear, then, with patience, all that they say, and celebrate the praises of thy Lord, before the rising of the sun and before (its) setting.

Urdu 39:

پس ان باتوں پر صبر کر جو وہ کہتے ہیں اور اپنے رب کی پاکیزگی بیان کر تعریف کے ساتھ دن نکلنے سے پہلے اور دن چھپنے سے پہلے

40	وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَأَدْبَارَ السُّجُودِ

Transliteration 40:

Wamina allayli fasabbihhu waadbara alssujoodi

Yusuf Ali 40:

And during part of the night, (also,) celebrate His praises, and (so likewise) after the postures of adoration.

اورکچھ رات میں بھی اس کی تسبیح کر اور نماز کے بعد بھی
