(42) And neither would he enjoin you that you should take the angels and the prophets for lords; what! would he enjoin you with unbelief after you are Muslims?

(43) Whoever therefore turns back after this, these it is that are the transgressors.

(44) And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers.

(45) How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their believing and (after) they had borne witness that the Apostle was true and clear arguments had come to them; and Allah does not guide the unjust people.

(46) Except those who repent after that and amend, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

(47) Surely, those who disbelieve after their believing, then increase in unbelief, their repentance shall not be accepted, and these are they that go astray.

(48) Then whoever fabricates a lie against Allah after this, these it is that are the unjust.

(49) O you who believe! if you obey a party from among those who have been given the Book, they will turn you back as unbelievers after you have believed.

(50) And be not like those who became divided and disagreed after clear arguments had come to them, and these it is that shall have a grievous chastisement.
