(1) These are the people who buy the life of this world at the price of the Hereafter: their penalty shall not be lightened nor shall they be helped.

(3) In that will they dwell; nor will their penalty be lightened, nor respite be (their lot);-

(4) For the present, Allah hath lightened your (task), for He knoweth that there is a weak spot in you: But (even so), if there are a hundred of you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred, and if a thousand, they will vanquish two thousand, with the leave of Allah: for Allah is with those who patiently persevere.

(5) But those who reject (Allah) - for them will be the Fire of Hell: No term shall be determined for them, so they should die, nor shall its Penalty be lightened for them. Thus do We reward every ungrateful one!

(6) Nowise will the (Punishment) be lightened for them, and in despair will they be there overwhelmed.
