(67) And Job, when he cried unto his Lord, (saying): Lo! adversity afflicteth me, and Thou art Most merciful of all who show mercy.

(68) Hast thou not seen how Allah hath made all that is in the earth subservient unto you? And the ship runneth upon the sea by His command, and He holdeth back the heaven from falling on the earth unless by His leave. Lo! Allah is, for mankind, Full of Pity, merciful.

(69) Save those who afterward repent and make amends. (For such) lo! Allah is Forgiving, merciful.

(70) Had it not been for the grace of Allah and His mercy unto you, and that Allah is Clement, merciful, (ye had been undone).
