(1044) When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust:

(1045) He said: Then get out of it, for surely you are driven away:

(1046) And surely My curse is on you to the day of judgment.

(1047) He said: Surely you are of the respited ones,

(1048) He said: Then by Thy Might I will surely make them live an evil life, all,

(1049) Surely We have revealed to you the Book with the truth, therefore serve Allah, being sincere to Him in obedience.

(1050) Now, surely, sincere obedience is due to Allah (alone) and (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, (saying), We do not serve them save that they may make us nearer to Allah, surely Allah will judge between them in that in which they differ; surely Allah does not guide him aright who is a liar, ungrateful.
