(13) And thus did We give to Yusuf power in the land-- he had mastery in it wherever he liked; We send down Our mercy on whom We please, and We do not waste the reward of those who do good.

(14) And Allah sets forth a parable of two men; one of them is dumb, not able to do anything, and he is a burden to his master; wherever he sends him, he brings no good; can he be held equal with him who enjoins what is just, and he (himself) is on the right path?

(15) And He has made me blessed wherever I may be, and He has enjoined on me prayer and poor-rate so long as I live;

(16) Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (horrible) murdering.

(17) Then We made the wind subservient to him; it made his command to run gently wherever he desired,

(18) He it is who created the heavens and the earth in six periods, and He is firm in power; He knows that which goes deep down into the earth and that which comes forth out of it, and that which comes down from the heaven and that which goes up into it, and He is with you wherever you are; and Allah sees what you do.
