(84) He said: My Lord! because Thou hast bestowed a favor on me, I shall never be a backer of the guilty.

(85) These shall be granted their reward twice, because they are steadfast and they repel evil with good and spend out of what We have given them.

(86) Surely We will cause to come down upon the people of this town a punishment from heaven, because they transgressed.

(87) Then evil was the end of those who did evil, because they | rejected the communications of Allah and used to mock them.

(88) This is because Allah is the Truth, and that which they call upon besides Him is the falsehood, and that Allah is the High, the Great.

(89) So taste, because you neglected the meeting of this day of yours; surely We forsake you; and taste the abiding chastisement for what you did.

(90) Being niggardly with respect to you; but when fear comes, you will see them looking to you, their eyes rolling like one swooning because of death; but when the fear is gone they smite you with sharp tongues, being niggardly of the good things. These have not believed, therefore Allah has made their doing naught; and this is easy to Allah.
