(27) And when Our messengers came unto Lot, he was troubled upon their account, for he could not protect them; but they said: Fear not, nor grieve! Lo! we are to deliver thee and thy household, (all) save thy wife, who is of those who stay behind.

(28) Who delivered the messages of Allah and feared Him, and feared none save Allah. Allah keepeth good account.

(29) And Allah delivereth those who ward off (evil) because of their deserts. Evil toucheth them not, nor do they grieve.

(30) And, O my people! What aileth me that I call you unto deliverance when ye call me unto the Fire?
