(46) And pray in the small watches of the morning: (it would be) an additional prayer (or spiritual profit) for thee: soon will thy Lord raise thee to a Station of Praise and Glory!

(47) We have explained in detail in this Qur'an, for the benefit of mankind, every kind of similitude: but man is, in most things, contentious.

(48) It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when He determines a matter, He only says to it, "Be", and it is.

(49) Behold, he said to his father: "O my father! why worship that which heareth not and seeth not, and can profit thee nothing?

(50) It was We Who taught him the making of coats of mail for your benefit, to guard you from each other's violence: will ye then be grateful?
