(13) The commandment of Allah will come to pass, so seek not ye to hasten it. Glorified and Exalted be He above all that they associate (with Him).

(14) Whoso desireth that (life) which hasteneth away, We hasten for him therein what We will for whom We please. And afterward We have appointed for him hell; he will endure the heat thereof, condemned, rejected.

(15) Thy Lord is the Forgiver, Full of Mercy. If He took them to task (now) for what they earn, He would hasten on the doom for them; but theirs is an appointed term from which they will find no escape.

(16) She said: How can I have a son when no mortal hath touched me, neither have I been unchaste?

(17) So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days).

(18) And (it was said): What hath made thee hasten from thy folk, O Moses?

(19) He said: They are close upon my track. I hastened unto Thee, my Lord, that Thou mightest be well pleased.

(20) Then exalted be Allah, the True King! And hasten not (O Muhammad) with the Qur'an ere its revelation hath been perfected unto thee, and say: My Lord! Increase me in knowledge.
