(51) hell, in which they will burn, - and what an evil place to settle in!

(52) And they set up rivals to Allah, to mislead (men) from His Path! Say: "Enjoy (your brief life)! But certainly, your destination is the (hell) Fire!"

(53) How much would those who disbelieved wish that they had been Muslims [those who have submitted themselves to Allah's Will in Islam i.e. Islamic Monotheism - this will be on the Day of Resurrection when they will see the disbelievers going to hell and the Muslims going to Paradise].

(54) "And surely, hell is the promised place for them all.

(55) "It (hell) has seven gates, for each of those gates is a (special) class (of sinners) assigned.

(56) "So enter the gates of hell, to abide therein, and indeed, what an evil abode will be for the arrogant."

(57) And make not your oaths a means of deception among yourselves, lest a foot should slip after being firmly planted, and you may have to taste the evil (punishment in this world) of having hindered (men) from the Path of Allah (i.e. Belief in the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger, Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم), and yours will be a great torment (i.e. the Fire of hell in the Hereafter).

(58) [And We said in the Taurat (Torah)]: "It may be that your Lord may show mercy unto you, but if you return (to sins), We shall return (to Our Punishment). And We have made hell a prison for the disbelievers.

(59) And that those who believe not in the Hereafter, for them We have prepared a painful torment (hell).

(60) Whoever desires the quick-passing (transitory enjoyment of this world), We readily grant him what We will for whom We like. Then, afterwards, We have appointed for him hell; he will burn therein disgraced and rejected (- far away from Allah's Mercy).
