(107) Or, Who guides you through the depths of darkness on land and sea, and Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy? (Can there be another) god besides Allah?- High is Allah above what they associate with Him!

(108) And it certainly is a Guide and a mercy to those who believe.

(109) We did reveal to Moses the Book after We had destroyed the earlier generations, (to give) Insight to men, and guidance and mercy, that they might receive admonition.

(110) Nor wast thou at the side of (the Mountain of) Tur when we called (to Moses). Yet (art thou sent) as mercy from thy Lord, to give warning to a people to whom no warner had come before thee: in order that they may receive admonition.
