(35) (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here; for thou art rejected, accursed.

(36) The Companions of the Rocky Tract also rejected the messengers:

(37) When thou dost read the Qur'an, seek Allah's protection from Satan the rejected one.

(38) And there came to them a Messenger from among themselves, but they falsely rejected him; so the Wrath seized them even in the midst of their iniquities.

(39) If any do wish for the transitory things (of this life), We readily grant them - such things as We will, to such person as We will: in the end have We provided Hell for them: they will burn therein, disgraced and rejected.

(40) These are among the (precepts of) wisdom, which thy Lord has revealed to thee. Take not, with Allah, another object of worship, lest thou shouldst be thrown into Hell, blameworthy and rejected.
