(38) Their flesh and their food reach not Allah, but the devotion from you reacheth Him. Thus have We made them subject unto you that ye may magnify Allah that He hath guided you. And give good tidings (O Muhammad) to the good.

(39) Lo! Allah defendeth those who are true. Lo! Allah loveth not each treacherous ingrate.

(40) He verily led me astray from the Reminder after it had reached me. Satan was ever man's deserter in the hour of need.
