(142) As for the boat, it belonged to (some) poor men who worked on the river and I wished that I should damage it, and there was behind them a king who seized every boat by force.

(143) And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the city, and there was beneath it a treasure belonging to them, and their father was a righteous man; so your Lord desired that they should attain their maturity and take out their treasure, a mercy from your Lord, and I did not do it of my own accord. This is the significance of that with which you could not have patience.

(144) And tenderness from Us and purity, and he was one who guarded (against evil),

(145) And dutiful to his parents, and he was not insolent, disobedient.

(146) And peace on him on the day he was born, and on the day he dies, and on the day he is raised to life

(147) O sister of Haroun! your father was not a bad man, nor, was your mother an unchaste woman.

(148) But she pointed to him. They said: How should we speak to one who was a child in the cradle?

(149) And peace on me on the day I was born, and on the day I die, and on the day I am raised to life.

(150) And mention Ibrahim in the Book; surely he was a truthful man, a prophet.
