(21) He (yaqoub) said: Nay, your souls have made a matter light for you, so patience is good; maybe Allah will bring them all together to me; surely He is the Knowing, the Wise.

You make your oaths to be means of deceit between you because (one) nation is more numerous than (another) nation. Allah only tries you by this; and He will most certainly make clear to you on the resurrection day that about which you differed.

(23) Kaf Ha ya Ain Suad.

(24) A mention of the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zakariya.

(25) Who should inherit me and inherit from the children of yaqoub, and make him, my Lord, one in whom Thou art well pleased.

(26) O Zakariya! surely We give you good news of a boy whose name shall be yahya: We have not made before anyone his equal.

(27) O yahya! take hold of the Book with strength, and We granted him wisdom while yet a child

(28) So when he withdrew from them and what they worshipped besides Allah, We gave to him Ishaq and yaqoub, and each one of them We made a prophet.

(29) When your sister went and said: Shall I direct you to one who will take charge of him? So We brought you back to your mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve and you killed a man, then We delivered you from the grief, and We tried you with (a severe) trying. Then you stayed for years among the people of Madyan; then you came hither as ordained, O Musa.

(30) And We gave him Ishaq and yaqoub, a son's son, and We made (them) all good.
