(621) He (Allah) knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them (in the Hereafter) but they will never compass anything of His Knowledge.

(622) And indeed We made a covenant with Adam before, but he forgot, and We found on his part no firm will-power.

(623) "but whosoever turns away from My Reminder (i.e. neither believes in this Qur'an nor acts on its teachings.) verily, for him is a life of hardship, and We shall raise him up blind on the Day of Resurrection."

(624) (Allah) will say: "Like this: Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) came unto you, but you disregarded them (i.e. you left them, did not think deeply in them, and you turned away from them), and so this Day, you will be neglected (in the Hell-fire, away from Allah's Mercy)."

(625) And strain not your eyes in longing for the things We have given for enjoyment to various groups of them (polytheists and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah), the splendour of the life of this world, that We may test them thereby. but the provision (good reward in the Hereafter) of your Lord is better and more lasting.

(626) Comes not unto them an admonition (a chapter of the Qur'an) from their Lord as a recent revelation but they listen to it while they play

(627) And We sent not before you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) but men to whom We revealed. So ask the people of the Reminder [Scriptures - the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel)] if you do not know.

(628) Then We fulfilled to them the promise. So We saved them and those whom We willed, but We destroyed Al-Musrifun (i.e. disbelievers in Allah, in His Messengers, extravagants, transgressors of Allah's limits by committing crimes, oppressions, polytheism and sins).

(629) Flee not, but return to that wherein you lived a luxurious life, and to your homes, in order that you may be questioned.

(630) Or have they taken for worship (other) alihah (gods) besides Him? Say: "Bring your proof." This (the Qur'an) is the Reminder for those with me and the Reminder for those before me. but most of them know not the Truth, so they are averse.
