(311) Surely those who disbelieve and turn away from Allah's way, then they die while they are unbelievers, Allah will by no means forgive them.

(312) Those who are left behind will say when you set forth for the gaining of acquisitions: Allow us (that) we may follow you. They desire to change the world of Allah. Say: by no means shall you follow us; thus did Allah say before. But they will say: Nay! you are jealous of us. Nay! they do not understand but a little.

(313) by grace from Allah and as a favor; and Allah is Knowing, Wise.

(314) O you who believe! let not (one) people laugh at (another) people perchance they may be better than they, nor let women (laugh) at (other) women, perchance they may be better than they; and do not find fault with your own people nor call one another by nicknames; evil is a bad name after faith, and whoever does not turn, these it is that are the unjust.

(315) They think that they lay you under an obligation by becoming Muslims. Say: Lay me not under obligation by your Islam: rather Allah lays you under an obligation by guiding you to the faith if you are truthful.

(316) Qaf. I swear by the glorious Quran (that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah)

(317) And We send down from the cloud water abounding in good, then We cause to grow thereby gardens and the grain that is reaped,

(318) A sustenance for the servants, and We give life thereby to a dead land; thus is the rising.

(319) He utters not a word but there is by him a watcher at hand.

(320) We know best what they say, and you are not one to compel them; therefore remind him by means of the Quran who fears My threat.
