(53) Thus was the Decree of thy Lord proved true against the Unbelievers; that truly they are companions of the Fire!

(54) "Without doubt ye do call me to one who is not fit to be called to, whether in this world, or in the Hereafter; our return will be to Allah; and the Transgressors will be companions of the Fire!

(55) And We have destined for them intimate companions (of like nature), who made alluring to them what was before them and behind them; and the sentence among the previous generations of Jinns and men, who have passed away, is proved against them; for they are utterly lost.

(56) If anyone withdraws himself from remembrance of (Allah) Most Gracious, We appoint for him an evil one, to be an intimate companion to him.

(57) At length, when (such a one) comes to Us, he says (to his evil companion): "Would that between me and thee were the distance of East and West!" Ah! evil is the companion (indeed)!

(58) Such shall be companions of the Gardens, dwelling therein (for aye): a recompense for their (good) deeds.

(59) Such are they from whom We shall accept the best of their deeds and pass by their ill deeds: (They shall be) among the companions of the Garden: a promise! of truth, which was made to them (in this life).
