(7) To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills (and plans). He bestows (children) male or female according to His Will (and Plan),

(8) What! has He taken daughters out of what He himself creates, and granted to you sons for choice?

(9) It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life).
