(131) Have you considered the fire which you strike?

(132) So today ransom shall not be accepted from you nor from those who disbelieved; your abode is the fire; it is your friend and evil is the resort.

(133) Neither their wealth nor their children shall avail them aught against Allah; they are the inmates of the fire, therein they shall abide.

(134) And had it not been that Allah had decreed for them the exile, He would certainly have punished them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have chastisement of the fire.

(135) Therefore the end of both of them is that they are both in the fire to abide therein, and that is the reward of the unjust.

(136) Not alike are the inmates of the fire and the dwellers of the garden: the dwellers of the garden are they that are the achievers.

(137) And (as for) those who disbelieve and reject Our communications, they are the inmates of the fire, to abide therein and evil is the resort.

(138) O you who believe! save yourselves and your families from a fire whose fuel is men and stones; over it are angels stern and strong, they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them, and do as they are commanded.

(139) Allah sets forth an example to those who disbelieve the wife of Nuh and the wife of Lut: they were both under two of Our righteous servants, but they acted treacherously towards them so they availed them naught against Allah, and it was said: Enter both the fire with those who enter.

(140) And they shall say: Had we but listened or pondered, we should not have been among the inmates of the burning fire.
