(26) Then there came running, from the farthest part of the City, a man, saying, "O my people! Obey the messengers:

(27) And the sun runs his course for a period determined for him: that is the decree of (Him), the Exalted in Might, the All-Knowing.

(28) If it had been our Will, We could surely have blotted out their eyes; then should they have run about groping for the Path, but how could they have seen?

(29) Is, then, one who has to fear the brunt of the Penalty on the Day of Judgment (and receive it) on his face, (like one guarded therefrom)? It will be said to the wrong-doers: "Taste ye (the fruits of) what ye earned!"

(30) To Pharaoh, Haman, and Qarun; but they called (him)" a sorcerer telling lies!"...
