(213) What! has He taken daughters to Himself of what He Himself creates and chosen you to have sons?

(214) Will they distribute the mercy of your Lord? We distribute among them their livelihood in the life of this world, and We j have exalted some of them above others in degrees, that some of them may take others in subjection; and the mercy of your Lord is better than what they amass.

(215) But if We should take you away, still We shall inflict retribution on them;

(216) That shall overtake men; this is a painful punishment.

(217) And surely I take refuge with my Lord and your Lord that you should stone me to death:

(218) And when he comes to know of any of Our communications, he takes it for a jest; these it is that shall have abasing chastisement.

(219) Have you then considered him who takes his low desire for his god, and Allah has made him err having knowledge and has set a seal upon his ear and his heart and put a covering upon his eye. Who can then guide him after Allah? Will you not then be mindful?

(220) And many acquisitions which they will take; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.
