(181) Or have they taken (for worship) Auliya' (guardians, supporters, helpers, protectors, lords, gods) besides Him? But Allah - He Alone is the Wali (Lord, God, Protector). And it is He Who gives life to the dead, and He is Able to do all things.

(182) And those who, when an oppressive wrong is done to them, take revenge.

(183) And indeed whosoever takes revenge after he has suffered wrong, for such there is no way (of blame) against them.

(184) But if they turn away (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم from the Islamic Monotheism, which you have brought to them). We have not sent you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) as a Hafiz (watcher, protector) over them (i.e. to take care of their deeds and to recompense them). Your duty is to convey (the Message). And verily, when We cause man to taste of Mercy from Us, he rejoices thereat; but when some ill befalls them because of the deeds which their hands have sent forth, then verily, man (becomes) ingrate!

(185) Shall We then (warn you not and) take away the Reminder (this Qur'an) from you, because you are a people Musrifun.

(186) Or has He taken daughters out of what He has created, and He has selected for you sons?

(187) And even if We take you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) away, We shall indeed take vengeance on them.

(188) And comforts of life wherein they used to take delight!

(189) In front of them there is Hell. And that which they have earned will be of no profit to them, nor (will be of any profit to them) those whom they have taken as Auliya' (protectors, helpers) besides Allah. And theirs will be a great torment.

(190) Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god)? And Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember?
