(1633) Nor were the People of the Scripture divided until after the clear proof came unto them.

(1634) Their reward is with their Lord: Gardens of Eden underneath which rivers flow, wherein they dwell for ever. Allah hath pleasure in them and they have pleasure in Him. This is (in store) for him who feareth his Lord.

(1635) On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them.

(1636) Lo! it is closed in on them

(1637) And send against them swarms of flying creatures,

(1638) Which pelted them with stones of baked clay,

(1639) And made them like green crops devoured (by cattle)?

(1640) So let them worship the Lord of this House,
