(141) Only those are believers, who believe in Allah and His Messenger: when they are with him on a matter requiring collective action, they do not depart until they have asked for his leave; those who ask for thy leave are those who believe in Allah and His Messenger; so when they ask for thy leave, for some business of theirs, give leave to those of them whom thou wilt, and ask Allah for their forgiveness: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(142) But the misbelievers say: "Naught is this but a lie which he has forged, and others have helped him at it." In truth it is they who have put forward an iniquity and a falsehood.

(143) That Day, the dominion as of right and truth, shall be (wholly) for (Allah) Most Merciful: it will be a Day of dire difficulty for the misbelievers.

(144) And the (Unbelievers) must indeed have passed by the town on which was rained a shower of evil: did they not then see it (with their own eyes)? But they fear not the Resurrection.

(145) Therefore listen not to the Unbelievers, but strive against them with the utmost strenuousness, with the (Qur'an).

(146) Yet do they worship, besides Allah, things that can neither profit them nor harm them: and the Misbeliever is a helper (of Evil), against his own Lord!

(147) It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become believers.

(148) "Only, our desire is that our Lord will forgive us our faults, that we may become foremost among the believers!"

(149) "Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the believers who are with me."

(150) And lower thy wing to the believers who follow thee.
