(1) It is not (possible) for any human being to whom Allah has given the Book and Al-Hukm (the knowledge and understanding of the laws of religion) and Prophethood to say to the people: "Be my worshippers rather than Allah's." On the contrary (he would say): "Be you Rabbaniyyun (learned men of religion who practise what they know and also preach others), because you are teaching the Book, and you are studying it."

(2) Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Verily, my Salat (prayer), my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists).

(3) Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat?

(4) Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah),

(5) And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand,

(6) But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism),

(7) And he (the dying person) will conclude that it was (the time) of parting (death);
