(222) They said: Surely we augur evil from you; if you do not desist, we will certainly stone you, and there shall certainly afflict you a painful chastisement from us.

(223) And the trumpet shall be blown, when lo! from their graves they shall hasten on to their Lord.

(224) Being driven off, and for them is a perpetual chastisement,

(225) So they shall on that day be sharers in the chastisement one with another.

(226) Except our previous death? And we shall not be chastised?

(230) Has the reminder been revealed to him from among us? Nay! they are in doubt as to My reminder. Nay! they have not yet tasted My chastisement!
