(162) Say: Have you considered your associates which you call upon besides Allah? Show me what part of the earth they have created, or have they any share in the heavens; or, have We given them a book so that they follow a clear argument thereof? Nay, the unjust do not hold out promises one to another but only to deceive.

(163) You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward.

(164) They said: You are naught but mortals like ourselves, nor has the Beneficent Allah revealed anything; you only lie.

(165) His command, when He intends anything, is only to say to it: Be, so it is.

(166) So it shall only be a single cry, when lo! they shall see.

(167) Was it that we (only) took them in scorn, or have our eyes (now) turned aside from them?

(168) Say: I am only a warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all):

(169) What! he who is obedient during hours of the night, prostrating himself and standing, takes care of the hereafter and hopes for the mercy of his Lord! Say: Are those who know and those who do not know alike? only the men of understanding are mindful.

(170) Say: O my servants who believe! be careful of (your duty to) your Lord; for those who do good in this world is good, and Allah's earth is spacious; only the patient will be paid back their reward in full without measure.
