(41) And that you should worship Me [Alone - Islamic Monotheism, and set up not rivals, associate-gods with Me]. That is the straight Path.

(42) Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "I am only a human being like you. It is revealed to me that your Ilah (God) is One Ilah (God - Allah), therefore take straight Path to Him (with true Faith - Islamic Monotheism) and obedience to Him, and seek forgiveness of Him. And woe to Al-Mushrikun (the polytheists, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah).

(43) And thus We have sent to you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) Ruh (a Revelation, and a Mercy) of Our Command. You knew not what is the Book, nor what is Faith? But We have made it (this Qur'an) a light wherewith We guide whosoever of Our slaves We will. And verily, you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) are indeed guiding (mankind) to the straight Path (i.e. Allah's Religion of Islamic Monotheism).

(44) So hold you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) fast to that which is revealed to you. Verily you are on the straight Path.

(45) And he ['Îsa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)] shall be a known sign for (the coming of) the Hour (Day of Resurrection) [i.e. 'Isa's (Jesus) descent on the earth]. Therefore have no doubt concerning it (i.e. the Day of Resurrection). And follow Me (Allah) (i.e. be obedient to Allah and do what He orders you to do, O mankind)! This is the straight Path (of Islamic Monotheism, leading to Allah and to His Paradise).

(46) "Verily, Allah! He is my Lord (God) and your Lord (God). So worship Him (Alone). This is the (only) straight Path (i.e. Allah's religion of true Islamic Monotheism)."

(47) Verily, those who say: "Our Lord is (only) Allah," and thereafter stand firm and straight on the Islamic Faith of Monotheism, on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

(48) They said: "O our people! Verily, we have heard a Book (this Qur'an) sent down after Musa (Moses), confirming what came before it: it guides to the truth and to the straight Path (i.e. Islam).

(49) That Allah may forgive you your sins of the past and the future, and complete His Favour on you, and guide you on the straight Path,

(50) Allah has promised you abundant spoils that you will capture, and He has hastened for you this, and He has restrained the hands of men from you: that it may be a sign for the believers, and that He may guide you to the straight Path.
