(21) (These are) they whose labor is lost in this world's life and they think that they are well versed in skill of the work of hands.

(22) Whoever thinks that Allah will not assist him in this life and the hereafter, let him stretch a rope to the ceiling, then let him cut (it) off, then let him see if his struggle will take away that at which he is enraged.

(23) Do they think that by what We aid them with of wealth and children,

(24) What! did you then think that We had created you in vain and that you shall not be returned to Us?

(25) Why did not the believing men and the believing women, when you heard it, think well of their own people, and say: This is an evident falsehood?

(26) think not that those who disbelieve shall escape in the earth, and their abode is the fire; and certainly evil is the resort!

(27) Or do you think that most of them do hear or understand? They are nothing but as cattle; nay, they are straying farther off from the path.

(28) And you see the mountains, you think them to be solid, and they shall pass away as the passing away of the cloud-- the handiwork of Allah Who has made every thing thoroughly; surely He is Aware of what you do.

(29) And Firon said: O chiefs! I do not know of any god for you besides myself; therefore kindle a fire for me, O Haman, for brick, then prepare for me a lofty building so that I may obtain knowledge of Musa's god, and most surely I think him to be one of the liars.

(30) Do men think that they will be left alone on saying, We believe, and not be tried?
