That is the Grace of Allah which He bestows on whom He is pleased with. And Allah is the Owner of Great Bounty.

(83) So that the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) may know that they have no power whatsoever over the Grace of Allah, and that (His) Grace is (entirely) in His Hand to bestow it on whomsoever He wills. And Allah is the Owner of Great Bounty.

(84) He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the bestower of forms. To Him belong the Best Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

(85) That is the Grace of Allah, which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allah is the Owner of Mighty Grace.

(86) Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Tell me! If Allah destroys me, and those with me, or He bestows His Mercy on us - who can save the disbelievers from a painful torment?"

(87) 'And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers.'"

(88) If they (non-Muslims) had believed in Allah, and went on the Right Way (i.e. Islam) We would surely have bestowed on them water (rain) in abundance.
