(135) Who created the seven heavens one above another; you see no incongruity in the creation of the Beneficent Allah; then look again, can you see any disorder?

(136) And that we know that we cannot escape Allah in the earth, nor can we escape Him by flight:

(137) Say: Surely no one can protect me against Allah, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge:

(138) By the raging hurricanes,

(139) Then who can give you the lie after (this) about the judgment?
