(91) (Allah) will say: "Like this: Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) came unto you, but you disregarded them (i.e. you left them, did not think deeply in them, and you turned away from them), and so this Day, you will be neglected (in the Hell-fire, away from Allah's Mercy)."

(92) If only those who disbelieved knew (the time) when they will not be able to ward off the fire from their faces, nor from their backs, and they will not be helped.

(93) Nay, it (the fire or the Day of Resurrection) will come upon them all of a sudden and will perplex them, and they will have no power to avert it nor will they get respite.

(94) We (Allah) said: "O fire! Be you coolness and safety for Ibrahim (Abraham)!"

(95) For him (the devil) it is decreed that whosoever follows him, he will mislead him, and will drive him to the torment of the fire. [Tafsir At-Tabari]

(96) Bending his neck in pride (far astray from the Path of Allah), and leading (others) too (far) astray from the Path of Allah. For him there is disgrace in this worldly life, and on the Day of Resurrection We shall make him taste the torment of burning (fire).

(97) These two opponents (believers and disbelievers) dispute with each other about their Lord: then as for those who disbelieved, garments of fire will be cut out for them, boiling water will be poured down over their heads.

(98) But those who strive against Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), to frustrate them, they will be dwellers of the Hell-fire.

(99) And when Our Clear Verses are recited to them, you will notice a denial on the faces of the disbelievers! They are nearly ready to attack with violence those who recite Our Verses to them. Say: "Shall I tell you of something worse than that? The fire (of Hell) which Allah has promised to those who disbelieved, and worst indeed is that destination!"

(100) The fire will burn their faces, and therein they will grin, with displaced lips (disfigured).
