(1031) Surely you have in the day time a long occupation.

(1032) Surely We have sent to you an Apostle, a witness against you, as We sent an apostle to Firon.

(1033) And We have not made the wardens of the fire others than angels, and We have not made their number but as a trial for those who disbelieve, that those who have been given the book may be certain and those who believe may increase in faith, and those who have been given the book and the believers may not doubt, and that those in whose hearts is a disease and the unbelievers may say: What does Allah mean by this parable? Thus does Allah make err whom He pleases, and He guides whom He pleases, and none knows the hosts of your Lord but He Himself; and this is naught but a reminder to the mortals.

(1034) Therefore when We have recited it, follow its recitation.

(1035) Surely We have created man from a small life-germ uniting (itself): We mean to try him, so We have made him hearing, seeing.

(1036) Surely We have shown him the way: he may be thankful or unthankful.

(1037) Surely We have prepared for the unbelievers chains and shackles and a burning fire.

(1038) (Transparent as) glass, made of silver; they have measured them according to a measure.

(1039) Surely We Ourselves have revealed the Quran to you revealing (it) in portions.

(1040) have We not made the earth to draw together to itself,
