Nay, they are a people who swerve from justice.

(42) "Not on earth nor in heaven will ye be able (fleeing) to frustrate (his plan), nor have ye, besides Allah, any protector or helper."

(43) And We caused to grow, over him, a spreading plant of the gourd kind.

(44) Nay, the evil results of their Deeds overtook them. And the wrong-doers of this (generation)- the evil results of their Deeds will soon overtake them (too), and they will never be able to frustrate (Our plan)!

(45) To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills (and plans). He bestows (children) male or female according to His Will (and plan),

(46) What! have they settled some plan (among themselves)? But it is We Who settle things.

(47) "If any does not hearken to the one who invites (us) to Allah, he cannot frustrate (Allah's plan) on earth, and no protectors can he have besides Allah: such men (wander) in manifest error."

(48) O ye who believe! If ye will aid (the cause of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly.

(49) But We bore him on an (Ark) made of broad planks and caulked with palm-fibre:

(50) Also corn, with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-smelling plants.
