(81) And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time.

(82) Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that die not during their sleep; then He withholds those on whom He has passed the decree of death and sends the others back till an appointed term; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect.

(83) And return to your Lord time after time and submit to Him before there comes to you the punishment, then you shall not be helped.

(84) And in whatever thing you disagree, the judgment thereof is (in) Allah's (hand); that is Allah, my Lord, on Him do I rely and to Him do I turn time after time.

(85) And they say: There is nothing but our life in this world; we live and die and nothing destroys us but time, and they have no knowledge of that; they only conjecture.

(86) Or do they say: A poet, we wait for him the evil accidents of time.

(87) And that on Him is the bringing forth a second time;

(88) Nay, the hour is their promised time, and the hour shall be most grievous and bitter.

(89) And you at that time look on--

(90) Has not the time yet come for those who believe that their hearts should be humble for the remembrance of Allah and what has come down of the truth? And that they should not be like those who were given the Book before, but the time became prolonged to them, so their hearts hardened, and most of them are transgressors.
