(73) O ye who believe! Truly, among your wives and your children are (some that are) enemies to yourselves: so beware of them! But if ye forgive and overlook, and cover up (their faults), verily Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(74) Your riches and your children may be but a trial: but in the Presence of Allah, is the highest, Reward.

(75) Though they will be put in sight of each other,- the sinner's desire will be: Would that he could redeem himself from the Penalty of that Day by (sacrificing) his children,

(76) Noah said: "O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, but they follow (men) whose wealth and children give them no increase but only Loss.

(77) Then how shall ye, if ye deny (Allah), guard yourselves against a Day that will make children hoary-headed?-

(78) And from his wife and his children.
