(263) And (as for) those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time shall be three months, and of those too who have not had their courses; and (as for) the pregnant women, their prescribed time is that they lay down their burden; and whoever is careful of (his duty to) Allah He will make easy for him his affair.

(264) And they shall say: had we but listened or pondered, we should not have been among the inmates of the burning fire.

(265) Were it not that favor from his Lord had overtaken him, he would certainly have been cast down upon the naked Found while he was blamed.

(266) And as for him who is given his book in his left hand he shall say: O would that my book had never been given me:

(267) And I had not known what my account was:

(268) O would that it had made an end (of me):

(269) And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings,

(270) That had fled from a lion?
