(45) It is not their meat nor their blood, that reaches Allah: it is your piety that reaches Him: He has thus made them subject to you, that ye may glorify Allah for His Guidance to you and proclaim the good news to all who do right.

(46) Do they not ponder over the Word (of Allah), or has anything (new) come to them that did not come to their fathers of old?

(47) By men whom neither traffic nor merchandise can divert from the Remembrance of Allah, nor from regular Prayer, nor from the practice of regular Charity: Their (only) fear is for the Day when hearts and eyes will be transformed (in a world wholly new),-

(48) But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom.

(49) Is it not a Sign to them that the Learned of the Children of Israel knew it (as true)?

(50) And she said to the sister of (Moses), "Follow him" so she (the sister) watched him in the character of a stranger. And they knew not.
