(33) O ye who believe! Enter not houses other than your own without first announcing your presence and invoking peace upon the folk thereof. That is better for you, that ye may be heedful.

(34) The (faithful) slaves of the Beneficent are they who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the foolish ones address them answer: peace;

(35) They will be awarded the high place forasmuch as they were steadfast, and they will meet therein with welcome and the ward of peace,

(36) Say (O Muhammad): Praise be to Allah, and peace be on His slaves whom He hath chosen! Is Allah best, or (all) that ye ascribe as partners (unto Him)?

(37) And when they hear vanity they withdraw from it and say: Unto us our works and unto you your works. peace be unto you! We desire not the ignorant.

(38) Their salutation on the day when they shall meet Him will be: peace. And He hath prepared for them a goodly recompense.

(39) The word from a Merciful Lord (for them) is: peace!

(40) peace be unto Noah among the peoples!
