(121) Yea, I have given the good things of this life to these (men) and their fathers, until the Truth has come to them, and a messenger making things clear.

(122) And Pharaoh proclaimed among his people, saying: "O my people! Does not the dominion of Egypt belong to me, (witness) these streams flowing underneath my (palace)? What! see ye not then?

(123) (Allah has knowledge) of the (Prophet's) cry, "O my Lord! Truly these are people who will not believe!"

(124) (But they were aggressive:) then he cried to his Lord: "these are indeed a people given to sin."

(125) As to these (Quraish), they say forsooth:

(126) these are clear evidences to men and a Guidance and Mercy to those of assured Faith.

(127) Allah has promised you many gains that ye shall acquire, and He has given you these beforehand; and He has restrained the hands of men from you; that it may be a Sign for the Believers, and that He may guide you to a Straight Path;

(128) Behold, they entered his presence, and said: "Peace!" He said, "Peace!" (and thought, "these seem) unusual people."

(129) these are nothing but names which ye have devised,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatever). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire!- Even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord!

(130) And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,-
